Naples Kayak Company and Naples Outfitters has paired up with some incredible instructors and athletes to offer Yoga and Fitness activities multiple days per week on water doing SUP Yoga and more. Saturday am Yoga

Saturday Mornings at the Naples Greenway, 8Am, 1hour 15min. Starts with a 15min warm up of yoga on the grass beside the launch. 5min Paddle out to lagoon. 55min of Sup yoga and a short tour of the Green Way/Gordon river (time for Actual Sup yoga and tour will be distributed based on students preference). Come enjoy the natural beauty of the Green Way’s mangrove forest while exercising and practicing a gentle stress relieving Sup yoga  flow! About our instructor:
SUP Yoga Naples


I was born and raised in Naples FL. I am a Certified Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Board & Kayak Instructor. You can find me on the water, on the mat or working here at Naples Outfitters. Ever since I was young I’ve had a deep love for the ocean and nature. My first memories of the water were boogie boarding in Hawaii as a young stoked kid. Soon after I took up windsurfing, then switched to surfing…. Skipping to present, my love for the water has grown tremendously. I now Surf, Stand up Paddle, Skim board and Kite board; giving me an option for any condition. I picked up yoga in 2010 as a means to increase flexibility and range of motion in my water sports. I can truly say that yoga has transformed my life, it has given me a deep feeling of connection with nature and those around me and I am a happier healthier person because of my practice. I am taught in the Hatha style yoga and trained by renowned yogi BraMaDev. Expect a fun, relaxing practice of Hatha yoga designed to relieve stress,as well as  increase flexibility, range of motion, strength, and peace of mind.




Do I need to have previous SUP experience? 
Classes are multi level & beginners are welcome. Class will begin on the grass with a “mini stroke” clinic & other instruction to get you up & paddling.

Do I need previous Yoga experience? 
Not at all! Classes are geared so that even participants who have never taken a yoga class will have fun.

How long is the class?
Classes are 75 minutes long, including instruction on the grass before launching our boards.

What should I wear?
Bathing suits, comfortable light weight (not cotton) workout clothing. Plan on getting wet, its part of the experience.

What should I bring to class? 
Please lock all of your valuables in your car, do not bring them on the water. All you need is a towel and some water. Be sure to apply plenty of sunscreen & if you plan on wearing your sunglasses make sure they either float or you have a cord or strap to secure them.

What happens if the weather does not cooperate? 
Don’t worry we have a backwater location that is not affected by the wind & waves so class will not be cancelled due to water conditions.
